So, Sean, final piece of today's show.

We're going to get to the R part of the RTCF show.

We're going to get to R&T, but we're not going to get to the CF today.

But when I look at the recruiting on the defensive line, you and I kind of started talking about it a little bit in the last segment.

Defensive end recruiting, the question is, okay, has Notre Dame closed the gap with defensive line recruiting?

And the answer is no, they have not closed the gap.

They are slowly closing the gap.

But it's not there yet.

Some years it's good at end, some years it's good at tackle.

Not enough years it's been good at both.

And my frustration that I have, and I express this on the message board today, is not that

Notre Dame is recruiting perfectly on the defensive line.

It's the opposite overreaction of how I had somebody say the other day that last year's,

the last two year defensive line

recruiting has been lackluster.

So a defensive line hall that has Bryce Young, Logan Thomas, Chris Burgess, Joseph Reef,

Davion Dixon, Dominic, Hugh Leck, who all are ranked as four stars by at least one group of people, all by me.

Cole Mullins, Sean Sevalano, and Gordy Solvstedt is lackluster.

And this is my problem.

There's this, we can't, what happens when people jump off a cliff with overreactions is

now someone who would otherwise be your ally

that it needs to be better is now stuck having to defend the recruiting of the defensive

...
