Brian, you and I have been Notre Dame fans a long time.

And you and I are in that age group where we got to live through the time that Chris Zords

was just talking about.

That 88 to 90, it's kind of like

a supernova it wasn't a rivalry and then it became this just supernova rivalry and then it

died it's not back yet because they don't play every year but it's good to be talking about this

game again when it means something.

It's a pair of top 10 teams this year.

Notre Dame right now, I believe on Fandul is a two and a half point favorite in this particular

game, Brian, but man, I got to tell you, this is another big one.

And I couldn't think of many better ways for Notre Dame to kick off their 20,

25 season than to head down south where you used to live down, down in Florida, and kick

off this game against the Miami Hurricanes. So I was like, I got to get Brian on the show.

to be honest, because Holtz talked about it a little bit.
