Notre Dame's 4226 win over Florida State.

The margin maybe didn't surprise me, but the way it played out really did.

Notre Dame's offense was incredibly sharp.

I thought it was going to be the other way around, and Notre Dame's defense was kind of a step slow early on, grew into the game, which surprised me as well, because

I thought they were going to be the unit that didn't look like it was off for three weeks.

But it was the offense that really was outstanding tonight.

Just a weird game all around. I can't really think off the top of my head a game in recent

newer day memory that it reminded me of where it was more dramatic that it needed to be,

even though you didn't really ever think they were going to lose.

And despite them shooting themselves in the foot a number of times, especially early.

And then looking pretty much on softball and offense

and defensively looking like a team that hadn't played football together in three weeks.

Yeah, I mean, Kyron Williams, 19 carries buck 85, two touchdowns, Chris Tyree, 11 carries 103 and a touchdown.

They ran Ian Book a lot tonight intentionally, nine carries, 50 yards on a score.

I felt like he, you know, watching the game game i felt like he rushed for quite a bit more than that um right and then jvonne mckinley

you know the the the beast as brian kelly calls him um i kid so there's some words that bry like

brian kelly speaks the same way pretty much every Tuesday,

or Monday now and Saturday for 11 years.

That was one of the few expressions or adjectives he had where I'm like, wait, who are I talking to again?

Yeah.

And who are we talking about?
