1:11.5	Trump took a loss on the tariff issue.
1:13.5	The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals said that he did not have the emergency power to pass
1:19.0	his tariffs.
1:19.8	That'll probably head to the Supreme Court next.
1:22.2	And he took a loss of sorts on the National Guard in California.
