Hey, everyone, Ellie here, wishing you a happy Friday. Two quick things before we get to

this week's piece. First of all, some news in the Jeffrey Epstein matter. A third federal judge

now has denied DOJ's motion to unseal grand jury records. As the judge recognized as we,

Pree and Joyce and Mimi and I have told you all along, this is just artifice. This is an attempt to

appear transparent, but not an attempt to create actual transparency and accountability.

The judges recognize that. And by the way, fun fact, again, we've been

telling you that the grand jury transcripts were a tiny slice of the file. Judge Berman, Judge

Richard Berman, who denied the third and final motion, told us that there were about 700 pages

of grand jury transcripts out of 100,000 or so total pages. That comes out to 7 tenthsenths of one percent. Anyway, on to point two.

My next book is now just a couple of weeks away, and you all are sort of the perfect audience for
