Hey everyone, Ellie here, wishing you a happy Friday. Well, the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, not only is it

not going anywhere,

it is getting worse and worse for the administration. We're going to talk about a legal angle

in a minute, an important one, but someday they're going to look back at this, people who study

communications and crisis management as an example of everything not to do, the mixed messages,

the change in positions, the unconvincing, non-responsive answers we've heard from the

administration. And this week it really all snowballed. And now we see things happening really beyond

the control of President Trump himself. One of them

will talk about soon. We're starting to see subpoenas from Congress, the Republican-controlled Congress.

And so it's getting really, really uncomfortable and worse for the administration. It's fascinating

to watch it play out, though. Whatever one may think of it, it's a unique collision of the law and politics. And they both matter, and they're both going

to dictate the ultimate result. I'm convinced now that there is no winning this. I was talking to a

pretty staunch conservative operative the other day. And I said, there's no path to
