Happy Monday, everyone. Welcome on to Dunkton Prime exclusive continuation of our awards. Are we ready for not-executive of the year?

0:09.6

And as much as the executive of the year was a strong roster, the not-executive of the year is a very strong roster, too.

0:17.4

And you have some of our old favorites.

0:21.2

I mean, Arturis, Conishavis.

0:22.8

Can I remind people real quickly on what I did last in January?

0:27.0

I had Joe Jumars number one, Troy Weaver number two, and Lawrence Frank number three.

0:32.2

Are you have Scott Perry number three?

0:33.6

I thought I had Perry number three.

0:35.2

Yeah, maybe I did.

0:36.4

Either way.

0:36.8

There are a lot of choices here.

0:38.6

And I want to start with Arturis because you brought up how the trade deadline changes this.

0:44.6

And I guess it's fair to say that moving Kobe White at all might have been better than not moving him and potentially losing him as an unrestricted

free agent. But it just brought into stark relief how bad the decision in the offseason. And I can't

1:02.2

count the bad decisions previously because we knew what the Bulls were going to be. What those were

1:06.7

to move it just a terrible set of decisions from this Bulls front office to chase the eight seed

1:12.7

and then sell off these guys for far less than you could have. It's a story, we can't re-ding them

1:17.8

for De Rosen and all the other sins of the past. But that is a terrible move for them. And I'm not going to,

1:24.0

you know, they drafted no S&A 12th and he was hurt, but there are other guys on that board that I liked better even before the injury happened.

1:31.2

So we'll see Derek Queen, Carter Bryant, potentially were available, some of the other guys too.

1:36.3

And that the Bulls have, like, so it's also this idea of, well, what did you think was here?

1:42.4

Because there is always a path taken and a path not taken with a thing like Kobe White, and I would assume it was well. But it's the idea that the Bulls were going to be significantly better than they were before was misguided. That was something, you know, even though I picked their over, it was because they were, because of their organizational problems, not because I thought their roster was so good. And so doing that, you're like, yeah, their team is bad now and they can lose some games, but because they weren't organizationally strong enough, and this, you know, this starts with the owner, but it goes to the executive to convince the owner, too, to actually start the season badly enough that they, they're not actually going to gain that much ground on the teams that are way, that are way ahead of them in losses and aren't going to win a whole heck of a lot more. So, yeah, their pick could theoretically get slightly better, but they have 25 wins already. There are a bunch of
