Hostesses greeted you with a smile.

Dressing rooms used to be clean.

Shopping malls weren't so dirty.

Airlines actually got you where you needed to go.

Uber drivers could communicate with you in English.

Buildings weren't covered in graffiti.

Drug addicts didn't openly shoot up in the streets.

These may seem like small, unimportant things, but they're a microcosm of a greater issue.

She goes on to talk about the fact, well, I'll read it for you.

Streets are filthy because no one cares to keep them clean.

Workers lack basic communication skills and pride in their jobs and that's just the

expectation.

We've all been conditioned to accept this degraded society as our new normal and that's why it

only continues to get worse.
