with me, Brittany Clinton Sam.

The message for this week is sort of simple.

It's that nothing can replace preparation.

Is that for all the big projects that you've ever seen, any of your favorite people do,

your favorite activists, your favorite celebrities, your favorite artists, your favorite writers,

your favorite thinkers, you actually didn't see the prep work that went into it.

Sometimes it looks easy in execution, but the prep was actually probably aggrined.

So don't forget that like you got to do the prep work.

I see a lot of people who show up to meetings and they think it's like really cool that they

actually haven't really read anything about the issue because they can just like talk

off the cuff or people participate in policy setting or agenda setting and think that

it's a really cool trait that they can sort of just perform.

And it's like the best performance is take a whole lot of rehearsal.

Beontite it and just like get up on stage and have a flawless performance the first

time.

There's a lot of practice and a lot of legwork to get there.

So don't forget there's no success without preparation.
