In this episode, Dan and I, Rachel Clinton, unpack a little more of why this is such a crucial topic.

And we continue exploring the movement toward doing well, even when circumstances are still

unwell.

We have not planned on a third podcast on not doing well.

And so the fact that we actually had quite a few responses, perhaps more than normal, about what we did in our first two.

By popular demand, we've been invited to come back and talk a bit more about not doing well.

But speaking of that, Rachel Clinton, how are you doing?

You know, it's interesting because I'm actually quite well.

And yet, a lot of the same circumstances that precipitated the first moment of needing to acknowledge not being well haven't necessarily changed. But I'm well.

Well, let's just say, if one were to measure, I would say you're doing better than I.

But I'm actually doing what I would consider remarkably well, given some of the world that I'm currently in.

And some of it came really oddly from taking in what we spoke and listening.
