Thank you, Lord.

Turn with me, please.

In the scriptures to Matthew, the fourth chapter this morning.

And like always, I'm going to ask you, everybody online, everybody in Sarasota there,

to believe with me for utterance.

I got a lot of things on my heart.

This is not part of a series that I know of.

That could change.

And I got a number of things on my heart, and if you don't hear it right, you might think I'm saying something different than what's being said.

But I'm going to remember the scripture says, take heed how you hear? It makes all the

difference how you hear something. And so I'm not trying to defend me or you or us. I'm not trying

to justify anything and the things we're going to get into. I'm not trying to justify anything

and the things we're going to get into.

I'm talking about what we believe

and why we do some things the way that we do.

Or why we don't do some things.

And you need to know, you need to be clear.

I'm confident that many people here, we're in agreement on some things about the kingdom and our mission and our call.

But at the same time, I want you confident in why you believe what you believe.

And the Bible says you need to be able and ready to give an answer, right, to those that ask you the reason of the hope that you have in you.

So let's release our faith.
