But this episode is heavy on the listener emails because I've had a lot of topics over the past few weeks that I've asked people to weigh in on.

So this episode might be a little more familiar, a little more inside, a little more, we're a family between me and the regular listeners of seven years.

So if you're new and this is your first episode, welcome.

Maybe check out one from last week or the week before or any other time, just to get a sense, I don't think it's going to be that much different.

But I just wanted to preface preface preface anyway, Jen Kirkman, that's me. Who am I?

I'm a comedian, I've got two specials on Netflix, I'm in a dielone and I feel fine and just keep living.

And so this podcast is not a comedy special, it is not punchline driven and it's not joke for a minute.

It's just me being a real person talking about what I'm thinking about things going on in my life, things going on in the world, things going on in my head.

It usually leans towards the, you know, nitty gritty, no, not nitty gritty, the not the stupid, but you know, the, this is this really that important, no, it isn't.

And then a lot of times it is, it's, I would say more sociopolitical than political, who cares, what, Jen, just, you listen, I'm not my job to describe it.
