transmitting photos of the White House,

the Pentagon, U.S. military bases, and quote target regions in South Korea.

At the same time we have news that South Korea has successfully launched the first of several satellites called

spy satellites using the offices of SpaceX Falcon 9. I welcome Rick Fisher of

the International Assessment and Strategy Center to help us understand the
