Grim future for North Korea sanctions.

David, a very good evening to you.

I was unaware of this until I saw late, headlines,

Russia's vetoed something that looks to be significant in the near future for North Korea

military capabilities.

What's happened?

Good evening to you, David. Yes, good evening. And what has

happened is that North Korea vetoed the extension of what is called the panel of

experts, which is responsible for monitoring the sanctions

and in compliance with the sanctions and sanctions enforcement.

And so this panel of experts, you know, came into to support really UN Security

Council Resolution 22007.
