People have lost different types and different amounts of weight with the Code Red Lifestyle.
It's just that everybody's got the weight loss anxiety, but Cristy didn't even really know this was a problem until Carrie really started paying attention to the Code Red community and saw people were struggling with it.
What are some of the reasons that anxiety would happen?
