okay i don't make the rules um but hi this is actually my second time today trying well

that's a vast understatement this is like probably the

sixth time today i tried to record but one time i did get pretty far into it um but it was raining

and thundering all day today uh which meant that my dog was really unhappy and very anxious all day

so i got nothing done it was so fun for me. Um, so here I am recording

this so much later than I would like to be, but we're here and we're having good time.

Today's episode is something that has been weighing heavily on my heart, honestly. Um, even just

looking at this list of things I have in front of me is giving me

anxiety. Let me explain. This was a trend on TikTok a while ago, and I just kind of took it and ran

with it, added my own items that are just terrible and terrifying. The list is things that are embarrassing for no reason, things that generally speaking,

all humans do in their life, but for some reason, they're almost dehumanizing to do.

And it just makes no sense, right? Because these are like, I've done every single thing on this

list, without a doubt, probably multiple times and um it shouldn't

be none of it should be embarrassing but it is and that's why we're here we're going to talk about it and

we're going to dive into it um I'm sure you've seen this was like a trend of text out like months ago so

I'm sure you've seen some of it I just didn't speak it's fine. Um, if you have no idea what I'm

talking about, then maybe this first one will kind of like kick it off for you. This is one that is
