To put it lightly, I am in a silly goofy mood today.

And I wanted to sit down and I was like, what should I talk about today?

And I had an amazing idea.

Actually, me from three weeks ago had an amazing idea, but me from today is going to take the credit for it because um a little while ago i was scrolling through facebook and now this is not a hobby i

frequently indulge in for dare i say obvious reasons right um facebook is just riddled with

all things i don't want to say evil because that might be overkill,

but I kind of feel like it fits. Basically, in my opinion, nothing good can never come from Facebook,

right? Which is kind of the premise of today's episode. But something that, I mean, the only

reason I actually do go on Facebook at all, ever, is because of Facebook groups, right?

There are a few that I actually like to be a part of for like various podcasts and things like that.

So I like those ones.

But there are a few other types of Facebook groups that are just non-essential.
