Hey guys, welcome back to the Digest This podcast. I'm your host, Bethany Cameron. And today, we are

0:14.4

talking about non-nutrative sweeteners. And this has been a long time coming. I get asked all the time

0:20.6

on my Instagram, what kind of

0:22.8

sweetener do I use? What zero calorie sweetener do I prefer? X, Y, and Z. So we're going to dive

sweeteners of any kind, I sometimes like to add a squeeze of lemon or a squeeze of orange into my

1:24.3

water or they're even great blended into my fruit smoothies for a sweet

1:29.4

and salty treat. I've tried several brands on the market and wasted a lot of my own money

1:34.9

on promising packs, only to get disappointed that either the taste was off or they didn't deliver

1:40.7

the hydration I needed. That's why, after three years, I have always reverted back

1:46.0

to elements raw, unflavored electrolytes. My husband loves their lemonade, citrus salt, and

1:52.4

grapefruit salt, and he's recently become a fan of their mango chili flavor. Imagine sprinkling that

on top of watermelon, you guys. But you all know me and that I'm a
