Hey everybody, welcome back to another Knock-On Podcast and funny enough it's podcast 98 and I've got my special guest here with me who my started raining terror on the entire ASA circuit in 1998.

I got my good buddy Dave Step with me. What's up dude? Hey, how'd it go on? Yeah dude, it's 1998.

You were a rooming together throwing tires out of our rental cars and sliding them into ASA classics and shooting Michael Braden's arrows apart and good God knows who what else we were doing.

I like and tell you it hurts rental cars really glad you're not on the circuit anymore.

Oh my God. Do you remember, my eyes will start off with that. So do you remember that time when we were on the way to, was it McKin Pennsylvania?

It was eerie Pennsylvania. Yeah. The past earth like 75 miles an hour down the road and I think I was driving.

And you know, my copilot just decided to grab the e-brake and fully engage it. It's going 75 miles an hour down the road. Not a pretty moment.

No, no. We had, so we had three more days of driving with about a one inch divot in our tires.

It literally felt like we were driving on square tires man. It was terrible.

Yeah, it felt like we were in Fred Flintstone's freaking car man. That was so fun.

Yeah. That was my, that was my tax saying Brady Ellison just shot a 599 at Neem.

Oh man, he missed one. How did that happen? Yeah, what the hell? I mean this guy's got to step up his game some.

Yeah, yeah, no kid. Yeah, Brady. He's a hometown. He's, he's right 45 minutes south of me.

That's right. Me and you were shooting, me and you were shooting the air zone a cup and he was like literally didn't even have any pubic air yet.

He was just like chunky little fat kid trying to learn how to shoot a compound bow. Well, let me tell you he figured it out in the recurve world.

Yeah, well, do you know his first recurve is mine? No, I didn't know that. Yeah, it's mine. And he won't give it back.

I asked him at the, I asked him at the ATA show. I said, hey dude, I go, can I, um, can you like sign my bow and give it back?

He's like, you're not getting that back. No, no kid. Was it the, uh, the Matthews prototype on or was it a way up? No, it was, yep.

Yeah, he was in love with that forever. And then he finally put his big boy pants on him, moved up, you know, to a, to a way to, to a bow that, that more than three people in the world could shoot.
