All right everyone, how are you today? The first thing I want to start with is this. If you are

finding value in this group and you think it's helping you excel in your law enforcement career,

invite a friend in.

When we see that somebody has invited somebody

and you're a vetted member of this group,

we'll just pretty much approve it right away.

We don't just allow our group members

to casually invite everybody because if somebody actually squeaks through the cracks here we don't want to invite like the whole

Democratic anti-police movement into the groups and make it uncontrollable. So we just still have a process

we have to go through to approve it.

But essentially, if you're finding value,

I want to encourage you to invite more people into the group.

We'll have a contest soon.

We're actually just waiting for our label maker to come in so we can

send out t-shirts which we're going to get away for free in the future. But that's

the first thing. One thing I want to talk to you about today is it may sound

unorthodox for some of the prescriptions or advice that we're giving you here to
