Today we're talking about the tale of two mismatched shoes.

It's surprising how easy it is to do this, especially if you're getting dressed in the dark.

I had this experience when I was a teenager which is probably the worst time to make a

mistake you know with your wardrobe because we care so much in our adolescent

years about you know not having having someone not make a joke about us or not making a

mistake or you know we don't want to receive the judgment of our peers heck no at that age am I

right well I remember at that age. Am I right?

Well I remember one morning as a teenager walking to school, like you know,

buzzing along doing my thing.

And then as I looked down, I noticed as I pretty much was

approaching my school which is around say a 15 minute walk from my place at the

time that I was wearing two black shoes but they were not the same pair and I had that sinking feeling you know that feeling when you're young and you know small things feel really big I I was like, oh no, I've messed up. What am I going to do?

Like, palm to forehead moment. And I thought in that second I have two choices. I can run home and switch it up and you know get on track with the right shoes.

Or I can just see if anybody notices. I mean two black shoes. Yeah they weren't a perfect fit but maybe you know maybe it could work maybe I could get away with it that day and then I thought

if someone said anything I can make a joke of it say it's like a fashion thing

I don't know I don't know what I was thinking but I remember in that moment I didn't feel like I had time to turn back and I was just going to have to suck it up that day

Got through the day right? You go go to school, you know, hang out with your friends, go to class, have a break, have snacks, have lunch. You know the old drill, right when we're at school.
