All right. Let's do it. This is Yoga Talks podcast. My name is Jay Brown. Welcome to you and thank you very much for listening today. I am going to give you just a very brief

0:24.6

update. I got to be honest, it was a draining week. Those of you who listened last week know

0:32.0

it was a big, big shift and it's been one week since I let go of the center and someone else took over the space.

0:44.9

And it's been a little bit of, you know, I would say trying week only because things went so differently than I thought they would that had been planned.

1:48.4

to do the practice that we were offering

1:50.8

were specifically coming here

1:53.0

because they didn't want to go to a hot studio.

1:56.5

So nobody even feels comfortable sometimes walking in.

2:00.9

Now granted, there's always new people walking in

2:02.9

and they don't know nothing from nothing.

2:04.3

And the other thing that's very just, I think, difficult

2:09.3

is the way that, you know, yoga center owners decide

2:13.8

to throw their weight around, you know?

2:17.2

I have always been incredibly hands-off.
