host Mike Milner. Today's episode I'm going to tell you a little hack. Who doesn't love a good hack?

We're going to hack our way to some progress.

This is a random hack that I came up with after last week.

It's actually been a little, it feels weird to record episodes in advance.

It was last week, Mel and I took the kids and we had a little family beach trip.

So I didn't want to be doing a lot of work. I had to do some work, but I wanted to keep it to a minimum and that meant recording episodes in advance

and always feels strange. I like recording and sharing like real time what's going on but this

concept happened because of

Vacation and I wrote about it and and I fully did not expect to get the response that I did

But it was crazy because I was trying to keep my emails for the

week very short and to the point because I was on vacation and I didn't want to spend all

morning writing. So I was just sharing my own little hack of going from very consistent, which before vacation I was super dialed in on my nutrition not for any reason I just

was and then we went to you know we took the trip to Ocean City, New Jersey, which is just a short drive like

took us two and two and a half hours to get there just because of traffic and then like an hour and a half to get home when we left but

it was one of those days where preparing for vacation and for those of you who have kids and

know what it's like we we had not just Mel's three kids, but her oldest brought a friend and her middle child brought a friend.

And so we had a pretty packed situation getting everybody ready and in the car and before we left we

Mel and I went to the gym and we got back and our little Frenchy, Ellie, was holding her

paw in the air, like she wouldn't put any pressure on it.

And of course there's 700 kids in the house and not one of them knows what happened.
