S Hi, Matakiapi, good morning. This is Nick Us, this, the Red Nation podcast. We are joined by two special guests today to talk about the current Israeli

and Zionist aggression against Iran and the role of the United States, but also this current

moment, which presents a lot of danger and sort of uncertainty in the world as the Zionists expand this genocidal war that they've

been waging against Palestinians, Lebanese, and now targeting Iran.

And before we get started, I just wanted to preface this conversation to the folks who

are listening and watching at home about why would

we talk about this on an indigenous podcast.

And I think it's important to point out we had a conversation, or I had a conversation

with Jared Ware from Millenn or killing capitalism about the long

history of a native and Iranian solidarity dating back to the Iranian Revolution in 1979.

And in 1980, attempts by the American Indian movement and the International Treaty Council in mediating relations

and negotiating sort of a peaceful settlement to the so-called Iran hostage crisis.

But also at that particular time period, there was an oil embargo, there was a so-called energy crisis in the United States.

Jimmy Carter and before him, Richard Nixon had looked to indigenous lands to sort of offset the
