All right, let's shift gears here and go into the Supreme Court today.

So as I told you when I woke up and I was doing all my research on Biden,

then it rolled in a 6-3 vote, says that Donald Trump did have immunity on the job while he was president,

but if he did stuff off the job, even though he was in the White House,

if it was off the job not connected to his presidential booties, he doesn't have immunity with that,

six to three. That's it. That's it. But then the crusher for the left. Chief Justice John

Robert said that further proceedings are needed in lower federal courts to determine what conduct can be prosecuted as far as off the job.

What that means to me is that there's no way that special counsel Jack Smith can bring any charges on January 6th until the lower courts define what is in presidential duty and what is

not. And that'll take years. Johnny's not a very smart guy. He's a former federal prosecutor.

a nice area of the country in Orange County. All right, why would this be helpful to Donald Trump

today?

Well, I think first and foremost, Bill, is if the plan was to get him in front of another jury in the

middle of an election, that's no way it's going to happen.

Like you pointed out in your opening statements, this is going to take years.

In looking at the opinion, the only areas really where I think he could suffer liability

or exposure is in conversations regarding these state electors.

Now, that not only involves his conversations, but involves other members of Congress who, by the way, have their own immunity.

So these hearings are going to take years before I think it gets back to the Supreme Court and more appeals.

Because it's sure there's other arguments.

Smith is out of the box now on January 6th, right?
