Summary

Almost 40% of our workforce is made up of working parents. It's been a huge struggle to juggle homeschooling and work in the middle of a pandemic — and it's likely going to get worse. Though many workplaces could reopen this fall, many K-12 schools aren’t. Plus, China secretly passed a new law on Tuesday that gives it broad power over Hong Kong and and democratic freedoms that citizens have fought Beijing to maintain. And, conservative U.S. Supreme Court justices have sided with their liberal counterparts on three important cases for Trump's agenda. and get our kids through the end of the school year. What seemed to be a temporary crisis is going to be an ongoing

disaster.

shows female workers who are also moms are shouldering the child care

burden during the pandemic. You know this study that came out of the University College London recently that said the care and homeschooling during the pandemic.

1:42.6

Let me just say that again one more time.
