Just, you know, being with you, having a moment for ourselves.

It's truly beautiful.

We're going to slide right into it today because I could feel that some of us have

had questions.

We've been questioning if we are qualified.

And you know, I go through this as well.

You know, I've been developing a team, an organization, you know, we're developing

some new products.

And we're trying to take this community, mobilize it and take it to new heights, you understand.

I'm trying to pop up in cities around the world and say, what's up to you?

But I found some struggles and battles in the process.

And I've questioned, am I even qualified to lead a team, you know, to lead an organization?

You know, I've always been self-sufficient.

So I've always been able to do things my own way with no help or anything like that.

Very self-sufficient.

But our old ways won't serve us in this new space that we are being called to because

we are being called into a new position.

Aren't we friends?

And some of us have no resume, no resume.

And we assume that means that we're not qualified.

But that's not true.
