Good morning, good evening, good afternoon.

Everybody that's tuning in, I'm so glad to be here with you today.

You know, I want to go over a few affirmations today, something light, and it's then something

for the mind, like a little massage.

You know, there's a lot happening in the world and like normal, right?

The world is crazy.

Today we don't feel like being consumed by the ways of the world, but instead let's

renew ourselves in a way that illuminates our day.

We're going to use the great I am for our affirmations I am, sewing the truth back in,

letting it, you know, simmer, allow that word into our being.

So say you can even repeat after me or you can just come along for the ride, but I am

unique.

Understand, I am a unique individual.

Say that with me.

I am a unique individual.

My essence is my presence.

My essence is my present to this planet because each one of us, yes, we are gifts to

this planet in our essence.

As a unique touch.

Each day I am embracing my true self.

I am growing.

I am learning.
