Today, Deborah, I want to know the little things that you can do in your life to live without regrets.

0:41.3

For me, what comes to mind is I try to not let anxiety or fear get in the way of doing, living the life that I would want to live. So I try to

1:00.8

challenge myself when I, when there's something I don't want to do and is it because I truly

1:06.1

don't want to do it? It's not in line with my values or do I not want to do it because I'm

1:09.8

afraid of judgment or I'm afraid to do it because I'm afraid of judgment,

1:12.3

or I'm afraid I'll fail, or I'm afraid I don't know what I'm talking about. And when the thing

1:20.5

that is coming up that's telling me don't do that or avoid is more anxiety-based, I really,

1:27.4

I think my whole life pushed myself to move forward,

1:31.9

even with that fear and doubt and not miss out on meaningful, valuable, enjoyable experiences.

1:43.1

So what is one thing you have done today to live without regret or will do later today?

Because who knows what, you know, maybe you have some ideas of what's in mind for the rest of

1:52.8

your day.

1:54.4

Well, I, what did I do today?

1:57.9

Well, doing this today right now, I didn't know exactly, well, even though you sent

2:04.3

me the question, so I should have known exactly what we were going to talk about. And I didn't know

2:08.3

exactly technology-wise what we're going to do. And would I know enough of what we're going to talk

2:14.0

about? But it would be the kind of thing I would miss out on having this special opportunity to talk about interesting topics with my friend Amy.

2:21.4

So I would have regretted if I didn't have this moment with you today and your listeners.

2:26.4

Oh, thank you.
