And so very often people come into the office as a cold call to see if I have a few minutes to help them and because of a scheduling conflict actually I met this young man who needed help and so I gave him 10 minutes of my time and tried to quantify

value for him with some substantial advice and I think it's a good insight for a lot of people that are just looking for a little bit of a catalytic
