to paycheck, get out of debt and save more money. I've been on a kick lately of

basically not consuming any news. That means I've had to avoid Facebook which

has just really been tough. I'm just kidding. It's been fun.

Because you get a lot of news from Facebook. I haven't been following anything on

Twitter. I haven't actually done Twitter for several years, a couple years at least,

and that's been nice. I un- installed a news app on my phone. I don't go to

the news, any news websites. I have basically wholesale just removed it as any source of

information for myself. For the last pretty intensively I would say two three months and I love it I've gone

through phases in the past this isn't really about budgeting at all I've realized but I've gone through phases in the past where I would consume a good bit of news and I just found that it didn't really make me any happier.

Definitely could make me more sad or upset or anxious

or even fearful a couple times.

But I never found a huge positive impact in my life as I was

consuming news so I turned it off and I avoided it at all costs really Julie does the same and so she and I've avoided it at all costs really.

Julie does the same and so she and I both were pretty,

we're a little clueless when it comes to a certain big events,

but we do end up finding things out.

And I was a little embarrassed when I didn't know

that Senator McCain had passed away.

And yeah, I saw that flags were at half-mast and I didn't know why. And so I ended

up asking someone why the flags were at half-mast and they said it was because of
