bothering you today release into the hands of your heavenly father.

Trust him to take care of it.

He loves you so much.

He doesn't want you to carry heavy burdens that you were never meant to carry.

Feel the gentle weight of your covers, the pillow beneath your head, the soothing night sounds around you. Relax and breathe.

Keep your breathing slow and steady as you listen to the sound of my voice i want to take you to a place of unfathomable beauty and peace think heaven is just a figment of your imagination,
