Wilson can take his game to the next level if he finally gets competent quarterback play. But let's

start by talking about Jets head coach Aaron Glenn.

Our first question, John, what does Aaron Glenn need to do to save his job in 2026?

And that's a question that's at the top of the mind of many Jets fans because this first year

did not go well for Aaron Glenn.

The team finished 3 and 14, but it was as much about how the team looked and how Aaron Glenn looked.

Glenn at points just seemed like he really did not know what was going on.

You saw frequently the team just looked completely on professional, especially down the stretch of the season.

And I acknowledge it was tough because the Jets were playing guys who were practice squad level

players left and right, including at the quarterback position with Brady Cook.

And of course, there's the theory that maybe the Jets were trying to lose games for draft

positioning.

I don't know that I necessarily believe that.
