I think that our stories are the most powerful thing, the most valuable thing we will ever own in this life.

And today I have a guest who has an amazing story

and he is someone that I see almost every day at the gym and what's interesting about

Andre and the reason why I kind of gravitated toward interviewing him is because he's one of the most positive people

from what I know, like the energy and the, you know, kind of the, what I get from him, you know, every time we, we pass by, I just, I'm like, you know, I'll have what he's having.

And turns out, he, you know I'll have what he's having and turns out he you know hasn't always

been that way and I think I'm excited to hear his story and I'm I think that his story can can help many so that's why he is here
