The analogy of the blue sky, always being behind the clouds is frequently shared when it comes to calming our mind when we meditate,

reminding us that that blue sky is always there, even if a different weather pattern has

our worries or any unwanted news, we can rest assured that we can always come back to calm. It's a skill we have within us. We can find that blue sky

when we return to our breathing. Not just breathing, but paying attention to our breath,

acknowledging our actions, the breathing, by counting breath in, breath out. This holds us in the present moment so that instead of getting caught up
