Welcome back to another edition of Locked-on Steelers here to begin a new week.

We've got a lot to talk about from yesterday's game, don't we?

I mean, if you watch the performance, tale of two halves for sure, and you would love the first

half to be better than the second half because most of the guys in the first half are going to be

playing key roles in your season at this point in the preseason. A lot of guys out there who you

really want to see do well. A lot of guys

that did not do well, though, and some definite concerns for the Steelers moving forward, although I

think there's also some disclaimers that need to be put out there as well. We talk about the fact

that Matt Ryan and then Matt Sims, the third string quarterback, came in and carved up the Steelers defense in that first half.

But it does need to be noted that Mike Mitchell is a massive difference maker for that unit.

He was not out there, and the linebackers were consistently exposed in coverage,

and Ryan Chazier was not out there as well.

So obviously those two guys, huge difference makers in that department,
