Russian Federation possesses 6,000 nuclear warheads. In comparison, the United States, according

to CNN, has 4,292 nuclear warheads. What is the status of the nuclear warhead arsenal

in the U.S. compared to Russia and the unknowns of China? I welcome Henry Sikolsky, the executive

director of non-proliferation policy education center, to comment on a report within hours

from the government accountability office. It's entitled Over Budget and Delayed. What's

next for U.S. nuclear weapons research and production projects? Henry, a very good

evening to you. Vladimir Putin has been rattling the nuclear sword for many months. Do we

have a nuclear sword that is rattled about given this report from the GAO? Good evening

to you. Good evening. Well, you know, so far so good. I think what this report makes crystal

is if we want to deal with a growing Chinese arsenal in concert with a very large Russian

arsenal by building more weapons than they have, we should think twice. The phrase, you
