And I am here with the heart and soul of my council district, CD4, with council member Nithia Rahman, who was the first Asian-American woman and first South Asian ever to serve on the L.A. City Council and who's now been elected twice, re-elected in 2024, and she represents Silver Lake, Los Felis, Hollywood Hills, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Van Eyes, Reseda, and Studio City.
