Hey, Rob Maower here and today because we don't have a lot of other Tesla news going on. I thought we'd spend some time going

through Neo Day, which Neo held a couple of days back, and I've gotten quite a few

questions on. So we do have a little bit of Tesla News that we'll go

through. We'll talk here about the stock right at the start and then we'll

go through some takeaways from Neo Day where they announced a new vehicle some changes to

their autonomous driving plans and infrastructure. First up we'll take a look at

Tesla stock though Tesla bounced back today from the Down 8 performance to start the week, finishing the day up 4.7% to $849.44, that compared to the NASDAQ up 0.3%.

There was a bit of confusion today a couple of places had sent out that Tesla had set a date for their key for earnings report.

Martin Vieka on Twitter did confirm that no official date has been set yet.

My expectation is that earnings will be released aftermarket close on Wednesday, January 27th,

and I think we'll hear about that in the next few days.

All right, moving on to Neo then, I think everyone is familiar with them.

Over the weekend, they held an event Neo Day in which they had quite a few new announcements

including updates to their autonomous hardware, a new premium all electric sedan, and an update on their

battery swap initiative.

So I want to give my early thoughts on this and sort of the relevancy to Tesla.

I wouldn't consider this necessarily a deep dive into Neo Day, more of an overview and strategic

discussion.

We'll start off with the product. This is probably

catching the most attention so Neo unveiled a new premium sedan the ET7 and they

expect to begin shipping this in Q1 of 2022. It will come with three different battery size variants, 70

kilowatt hour, 100 kilowatt hour, and then later to come in Q4 2022, 150 kilowatt hour
