Hello, welcome to Empty Bowl, a meditative podcast about cereal.

My name is Justin McAroy and I'm a cereal enthusiast.

And my name is Dan Gubair and I am a cereal understudy.

So whenever cap and crunch gets too hung over and can't come into work, they slap a mustache

on me and put me on the boxes and somehow no one's noticed yet.

It's funny because you think of the military as having a pretty light, a strict line of

succession there in terms of command chain, but it seems weirdly stepped outside of the

Navy to loop in a civilian like yourself.

Yeah, it's fraud and forgery all the way down.

This is a show where all we ask of you, our friends, is that for the next 30 minutes or

so you just relax and you let yourself just think about cereal.
