about real food and real results.

I'm coming at you today from just outside of Phoenix, Arizona from Allison's Parents Great

Fruit Orchard and it's a beautiful day, swelteringly hot, but I can tell you I just had my first

real shower in about two weeks and I feel terrific and I hope you do too.

So this week's show is with Nina Teckels.

It's a really good one about our country's sorted relationship with saturated fats.

In case you were wondering why I haven't showered in so long.

It's because we just got back from a series of adventures, the latest of which was going

to Burning Man.

If you don't know what that is, it's just, you know, the name of this show is a funny

plan words from a few different directions, but one of them is the Burning Man festival is

out in the middle of nowhere in the Nevada desert and we just came from there camping out

of a small SUV because our truck actually caught fire on the way to Burning Man.

Think about that for a second.

Can't make this stuff up, but yeah, but just outside of Reno, we were stranded on the

side of the highway for a while.

If you've been keeping up with our story, we just downsized, we got out of the apartment,

got rid of pretty much all of our stuff and moved into a fifth wheel trailer.

So we were pulling that with the truck, the new truck that got fire on the side of the

road and man, as it been a pretty impressive past few weeks, but we're really, really

excited to be back here in Arizona.
