Today's episode of the show is a throwback from 2013 with my good friend Dave Asprey.

He's putting on a biohacking conference this weekend.

I'm going to be speaking about fasting and feasting as well as holistic biohacking, the

way that you can actually improve your body's performance by sometimes taking things away

from it or feeding it with some special herbs and doing some other really cool stuff.

So we're going to be talking about that.

So as you know, we've been traveling around the country and the world since June and it's

now September.

It's been a while the wacky adventure with our truck catching fire going to Burning Man,

living in national parks.

Right now we're at about 10,000 feet and we're going to be driving through the Rocky

Mountains on our way to make it to California by Sunday.

So it's a long drive.

There's some pretty cool stuff in between.

We might hit up Joshua Tree.

We spent the past couple of weeks at the sand dunes in Colorado in the mountains, which

are just breathtaking as well as the petrified forests, which is essentially a sea of enormous
