I'm Dan Cummins and I'll be sharing a continuation of the current horror story.

If you've made it this

far, I truly think you're going to like how it builds as we approach the end. I've been learning so

much in this one that I think will help me with a lot of future stories, so thank you so much

for giving me the space and opportunity to do that and still listening. In the previous chapter

of resurrection, we got a good look at how wholesome Jonesburg appears to be at quick glance,

and also how interconnected and rotten the town is when you look a little deeper.

We were reminded that Tom Reed, Xander's father, while he may not have any paranormal elements to him,

is one terrifying monster nonetheless.

We witnessed him kill again, murdering fellow cult member Ethan

Caldwell without hesitation or remorse. And we were reminded that the children of Abraham's choices

are not just dictated by human ego and selfish desire, but also by a truly otherworldly and demonic

force, Belial, a demon that has convinced them that it is an angel.

Sammy Alvarez did not die as expected last chapter, but his story took a sad turn when he

witnessed Ethan's murder and also saw Belial with his own eyes in the chapel beneath Tissy

and Zander's house. We watched Zander reads, confusion grow as it continues to dawn on him that nearly

everything about his life has been a lie. The only people who seem interested in telling him the

truth are Sammy, whom he can't reach, and Macy, who might be his real mom or might be insane or

might be both. And he has no idea where she is. Finally, we learned that Xander's girlfriend Tissy

Rainwater is just as attracted to Joey Sherman as Joey is to her, but she is too afraid of a
