I want to give you a little bit of background

before you go into this and explain

why some of the content might feel a little dated is because it is

dated, but I wanted you to understand why.

Part of the process that I have to go through in getting guests on to the podcast if they

if they work for a competing entity not that there's one that's competing with

House of L House of L, House of L is independent.

But because I work for the score and because ESPN is really careful about when they allow people to do interviews

that we have to jump through some hoops a little bit. So like when I had Sarah Spain on, for example,

it took us a couple of weeks for her to get it cleared to come on like we could never do each other's radio shows

And it's cool, but like last week Sarah hit me up and was like man it would have been dope if I could have gotten you

on to talk about Tony Larusa and I agree it would have been a lot of fun to to hang out with with

Spain and fits and talk about Tony Larusa. Anyway, the reason why I really like this episode regardless is because of what happened.
