Summary
In the first episode, Lawrence is joined by his good friend, Nic Gregoradies, founder of the Jiujitsu Brotherhood. Nic talks about how back-to-back ayahuasca experiences in the jungle of the Amazon convinced him to change his current trajectory as a jiu-jitsu instructor in London, in search of a truly fulfilling life. He spent five years traveling the world and gaining immense wisdom along the way. Today, he is settled in Los Angeles, and discusses some of the themes of his latest book, Aligned, and the path to becoming a truly actualized man. Now as a "Liberation Mentor" he hopes to pass this wisdom onto others.
