Actually, they're not that sincere, to be honest.

I guess I'm, I get it up a little bit.

But, you know, I try to be somewhat consistent around, you know,

an 8 a.m. show or 9 a.m. show.

During the off season, I'm going to be kind of all over the place.

And my, my lovely wife returned home from Palm Springs last night at like midnight. And we

were up chatting and I just did not get enough sleep to do a good show, to be honest. So I went back,

took a little power nap and now I'm raring to go. It's amazing what like 35 minutes will do for you. And so yeah,

a little bit later this morning, appreciate folks always being flexible with me. I, you know,

if I'm going to be the one-man crew, pretty much 365 days a year, I have to kind of pick my

spots to take a little extra time. And I did that today. So, but I'm excited. I was kind of reflecting on the Seahawks schedule. And I'll admit, I've done a lot of schedule shows. So I was like, do I want to do another schedule show? It is the day, the morning after. So I do want it. There's a couple things. But then I looked at it and I was like,
