coach Mike speak. We got some rule changes. We've got, yeah, one of our first interviews from

Coach Mike McDonald as he got together. I went through a pretty lengthy article from Michael

Sean Dugar of the athletic. And yeah, we got what turns out to be a lot of coach speak. And

joining us here too, we've got Mr. Phil Lydick. Phil, how are you doing? I'm doing great.

How are you, how are you gentlemen? Doing well, man. We are excited to talk about some rule changes

coming up for the Seahawks and for the rest of the NFL.

And it should be fun, right?

There's, I mean, of most of the rule changes, most of them I can get with.

There's a few tweaks.

I know Adam and I, we previewed the swivel, hip drop tackle a little bit and in our last flagship show. So we can get into

that a little bit. But yeah, gosh, we're we got football on Christmas. So Merry Christmas

everybody. Even on a Wednesday. We're getting football on Christmas day. It's the football on a Wednesday, I mean, no matter what day it is. And then you're going to do it on a holiday. I like having football on Christmas Day, like when it normally lands there. Is it Thursday teams? Like, how's it going to work? Do they have to play the Thursday before to make it work? It's got to be right, because you can't take a team that just played Sunday and throw

them out there on Wednesday.
