NFL draft eight rookie value losers. Up first, I have Max Clare to L.A. Rams who, by draft capital standards, this is a win in terms of second round,

61st overall. But from a fantasy lens, this is a crowded depth chart for the Rams among tight ends.

Claire is 22. It'll be 23 in July. We have the uncertainty of Tyler Higby. Will it be back?

Will it be traded? Will it be released? Kobe Parkinson, who flourished last season. Big fan of

Terrence Ferguson, who sounds like he could be the snap and target leader in this tight end group based on comments from Shaw McVeigh, and then even Davis Allen. So that's a group of four, let alone Claire entering now a group of five tight ends, all of which Higbee, Parkinson, Ferguson, and Allen combined for 150 targets in 2025.

If we knew that those 150 targets would be allocated to one or two of these tight ends on the Rams' up chart,

it would be a game changer and a competitive action fantasy.

However, it's not the case, and it's a by-committee approach.

The Rams implement a ton of 13 personnel usage, which is great for them in real life,

an extension of the running or blocking game with said tight ends as outlets as receivers, but it becomes a bit difficult or frustrating

to project usage week-to-week for consistency purposes. Claire was featured as an all-purpose

tie-in with both Purdue and Ohio State, yet is known more as a receiver than traditional blocker.
