| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Dynasty Dude podcast. I'm your host Corey Evans. This week's show is |
| 0:24.7 | titled Ideal Dynasty Rookie Draft Targets per round. I've completed a majority of my rookie |
| 0:30.3 | drafts already and most of them are five rounds with Superflex and Titan premium scoring. |
| 0:36.4 | So pretty deep drafts in terms of going 50 plus players deep. |
| 0:40.5 | With that in mind, I thought it would be a good concept or value to you, the listener, |
| 0:45.3 | to give you a few of my favorite selections in the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth rounds |
| 0:50.1 | of rookie drafts. |
| 0:51.3 | Sure, we have ADP and different mock draft data at our disposal or even |
| 0:56.0 | website ranking lists to go off of, but sometimes it's that gut check. It's that intuition or |
| 1:01.2 | simply transferring what we saw at college now to the pro level and just trust in our instincts, |
| 1:07.1 | if that makes sense. And that's what this is. This is not a stat-driven episode. It's the vibe check. Who I think are the best values in each round. Hope you enjoy. Hope it's valuable because it's a lot of the rookies or prospects that I have plenty of shares of purely based on value. First round, I have three names that I've been targeting heavily. If in Superflex or even one quarterback, you miss out on, we'll say the big three or four, whether that's Jeremiah Love, Fernando Mendoza, and then, of course, the wide receiver run of any way, shape, or form, Cardinal Tate, Jordan Tyson, and Kyle Lemon. It's sort of a vague territory of where do I go next. I have three names that I am targeting in the first round of rookie drafts, and it's Kenyon, Sadieke, Omar Cooper Jr. and Eli Stowers, especially in tight-end premium formats. I believe that Sadiq and Stowers provide a competitive edge over some wide receivers even in that range. And of course, it's a weak running back class, so we'll save the running backs for later. So Sadiq is an athletic freak. we know that it's a bit odd that the Jets elected to |
| 2:02.4 | draft him after the selection of Mason Taylor in 2025. Yet here we are and it sounds like |
| 2:07.0 | Sidique will be a focal point offensively as a receiver. And Mason Taylor might be asked to do |
| 2:12.0 | more blocking than initially expected for him as a prospect out of LSU. Nonetheless, |
| 2:16.1 | Sadieke is a set it for get it first round lock for me, and I've been |
| 2:19.7 | prioritizing him in the mid-to-late first routinely. |
| 2:22.5 | Omar Cooper Jr., teammate of Kenny Tadique, it's a bit crowded in that Jets' pecking |
| 2:26.2 | order of projected volume with Breece Hall, Sadiq, obviously Garrett Wilson, as I'm |
| 2:31.0 | actually Mason Taylor. |
| 2:32.3 | Still, Omar Cooper Jr. has standouts and was a big reason |
| 2:36.1 | behind Mendoza success at Indiana. Cooper Jr. could do it all as an inside outside, even |
| 2:41.2 | Red Zone Specialist with that size B combination. And then Eli Stowers, he might not be a bet on |
