I'm in the home studio this week, not out and about, as I was last week.

And just so the viewers know, we will not be doing a mixtape next week because of the first

round of the draft and all the things that we're going to be focusing on. So this is it. This is the NFC West mixtape draft preview, as it were. And what we're going to do is a mock draft draft. And we're each going to be general managers. First, let me ask you this, because I know this can be a polarizing uh topic it is on my

page anyway are you a mock draft guy how do you feel about the process i'm not like first of all i

always look at mock drafts like candy like there no one expects a hundred percent accurate mock draft

that's not the expectation when we look at them it's candy it's just a fun thing to enjoy in the

moment so that's what we're doing here it's just a fun thing to enjoy in the moment.

So that's what we're doing here. It is a snapshot of what we think in the moment. It's fine. You know, I don't do a ton of them. I started playing with the mock draft simulator a little bit this week. I usually don't do a ton because I don't pretend to be the biggest scout of college football guys. you know, I start to get into it every year before the draft, but I'm not like paying attention all year long. But what is wrong with

a mock draft? They're fun. They occupy us. They help us pass the time until the draft comes.

So what, let's give the universe one more mock draft. And it's, it's obviously, obviously there's huge demand for it which is why all

the daniel jeremiah and the matt millers of the world are pumping these things out all the time

because they get tremendous traffic people want to run through scenarios and that's all it is it's

hypotheticals it scenarios and uh but it does piss some people off but here's what we're going to do

today you are going to be john lynch less need. So you're going to draft for the 49ers and the Rams. I'm going to be John Schneider and Monty Austin for it. And John Snyder makes sense. We're built kind of the same. We both like Manny's pale ale. And no trades or anything like that.

Geez, we'd be here for hours. We're just going to go just straight up based on the picks that they have. And we'll just alternate and go back and forth. Does that sound good? Yeah, I like it. First of all, I feel like I need better hair if I'm going to be less neat. But all right, let's do it. I know. between he and and Mceigh put together, just the Rams, the Rams kind of corner the market on really good hair. They must, yeah, how, how did those guys not have a deal, you know, with like, I don't know, whoever it is, crew, what are the, what are the big hair products out there these days? I don't even know. If you had to pick out of a picture, which guys, the head coach and GM of the Los Angeles team? Los Angeles Rams. It's like, oh yeah, those guys, easy. Using the pro football network mock draft simulator, some of the updates they made this year, I find it to be the best one out there. We're going to go all seven rounds. We're going to put it on super fast,

so it's going to shoot right to the next pick. And we're using the consensus draft board,

where they just take all the big draft boards and put it into one amalgamation. And of course,

I'm going to go first because the Arizona Cardinals. Now, in the real world, and the reports are plentiful out there,

they're trying like heck to trade down and get out of that pick.
